Return Requirements

- Item must be in its original condition

Refunds

Exchanges

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kilpatrick Jewelry Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to assist you with filing a claim when possible.
